Today we would like to discuss about women harassment activities in India. As we all know that, how a woman plays important roles in our lives. So, we all should respect women and support them. Nowadays we all hearing the cases of women harassment, eve teasing, rape etc. Those all should be stopped, we all have to support to stop that by raising our voice together because we and only we can stop this by standing together in supports of women. Let's start a movement together to stop violence and sexual as well as mentally harassment. So, we can establish a better community where all men and women live with equal rights without violence and harassment. Our NGO's main motive is to improve women empowerment and provide full support to women who are facing all these troubles. We are trying our best and desperately want your support because "its not enough just to treat women well we have to work to make sure that all treat them well".

Today we would like to discuss about girl education.As we all know that a women plays different roles in our life.So it is important to educate girl,so they will be aware of things happening in the world. If a women is educated she will also passes knowledge to her children.Somebody said very well that "When you invest in a girls's education she feed herself her children her community and her nation". If girls are educated the nation become more stronger and prosperous. Our NGO supports women empowerment and we are trying our best for that.We are providing free education and full support to women. So guys keep supporting us.

Today we have celebrated Christmas day with children who coming in our  NGO for education. As we all know that happiness increases by sharing . We told them that why is Christmas day celebrated . Together we had done a lot of fun . We are trying our best to make children happy so keep supporting us.

Today we would like to discuss that,'why education is so necessary for children'?As we all know that education is the key to success.Without education we can't even imagine our world, we all are developing our self just because of education and knowledge.So what happen if a child not able to get education just because of poverty. As we all know about the competition in our modern era and we all also know that without education its very difficult to survive .So we are providing free education to children who are underprivileged and can't study just because of poverty.We are putting our all efforts to make society a better place by providing quality of education to kids belong to slum area so they can also survive in this world.These children wants your support so guys keep supporting us.Together we can create a better world for all.

As you all know that our NGO motive is to improve women empowerment in India.So we are providing medical yoga therapy by experts.Mostly women don't bother about their health as they are busy in their housewife roles or their professional life. Somebody said very well that 'health is wealth' so we have started providing yoga therapy only for women in our NGO and their are many benefits of yoga like:-

•  Increased muscle strength and tone.
•  Improved respiration, energy and vitality.
•  Maintaining a balanced metabolism.
•  Weight reduction.
•  Cardio and circulatory health.
•  Improved athletic performance.
•  Protection from injury.

As you all know that we provide free mid-day meal to children who are coming in our Ngo for education.Today one of our supporter has donated free food to children just to make them happy.As you know that food is the biggest need of a person.So if anyone wants to donate anything to children please contact us.This kind of work we are carrying out and will try to do same in future also. This is our first post here, so we would like to tell you all about our Ngo EK PARYAS EK PAHAL. Our motive is to create well educated society and to improve women empowerment in India. We provide free education and accessories(related to study) to children who belong to slum area or underprivileged . We are also providing VTC(vocational training) to those children who are suffering from autism(special kids). For betterment of Women in our society we are also providing employment to widows so they can easily survive in this world . As we all know women and children are base of country so it is necessary to provide quality of education and employment to them for betterment of our country. So,we need your support and love to carry our work and to built a better and well educated nation.
